You might face the issue below when you install and Sign Up or Sign in for Sync 2.0

i. Number already registered.
ii. Invalid password.
iii. Not sure your password.

Solution

Step 1
i. Click Log in.
ii. Click I don’t have password.
iii. Enter your Mobile Number.
Step 2
i. You will receive 6 digit code via SMS.
ii. Enter the 6 digit code.
iii. Create your new password.
